The environment was clean and the customer service rep was professional. I was a little taken back by the fact that they did not offer a military discount or other services that are offered at many other BMWs. Like the oil change plan to pay up front for up to 6 oil change no more than two a year. Being a military member in key west the closet BMW dealership is BMW south Miami just wondering why the don’t offer a military discount.

I have had very positive experiences with BMW of South Miami and want to make clear that my concern is not with the dealership overall. The service has been excellent, and Ruth provided exceptional customer service. She was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful in addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday with service advisor Marllon Pires was very disappointing. I found his attitude to be rude and confrontational, which negatively affected my visit. Aside from that interaction, I appreciate BMW of South Miami and the excellent service I received from Ruth and the rest of the team.

I have always had a positive experience with BMW of South Miami and truly appreciate the dealership. Ignacio and Ruth were exceptional, professional, courteous, and very helpful in addressing my concerns. Unfortunately, my experience with service advisor Marllon Pires was very disappointing. His attitude came across as rude, arrogant, and confrontational, which made an otherwise good experience unpleasant. I hope management addresses this concern, because my experience with the rest of the team was excellent.

I took my car in for service, I had an appointment. When I arrived I was immediately helped in the taking of my car and directed to reception. Within 10 minutes I was called by the service advisor to see why I was there. He asked me if I would be waiting for my car and I said yes. He advised me they were running behind and suggested I take a rental car, at their expense, and come back once my car was serviced. This is great customer service!
