I ordered a 2025 m3 xdrive comp months ago around June July at an Autonation dealership. I was then contacted by salesman Jean at South BMW (Great Guy)who use to work at that Autonation dealership and is now working at South BMW. South Miami's BMW and South Miami's Mini is not a serious dealership. They do not keep the verbal offer and try to deceive you when they present the offer in the written contract. These jerks treat their customers as if their customers are stupid.

Me and my husband were working with Anthony and his sales manager Zach on a bmw sale. We were told that the car would be held for us until the weekend when we could make the drive down and that no deposit was required to hold the car. they trick people in their shop by offering cars that are not available. They are the same scam as many other car dealers in south florida. You can have tons of text, emails, calls from many so called bmw south miami sales managers, this all ends up, you get tricked in the shop and they dont have the cars they offered online.

I just had the worst experience with this BMW of South Miami dealership and my salesperson Raimon Garcia and sales manager Zack Simpson Garcia. After making arrangements to lease a new BMW 750e and doing all the paperwork and arranging to pick the car up, I was told that the MSRP was "blocked" and the car was being recalled by BMW. Straight up the absolute WORST dealership I have ever experieced. I have owned 30 cars & never seen, nor experienced such horrible service, both by the salesman, Anthony Angulo amd sales “manager” Charlie. After finding a $90,000 used car available for sale from this dealership, I called to get info on it and was connected with Anthony. Do not bring your car here if you care about it. My 330i had a coolant leak on a road trip from Boston-Miami-Boston, so they replaced the water pump. A week later I was stuck on the side of the road because their incompetent techs used the wrong screws. I left my car in service on Saturday at 12:30 pm after one hour waiting to be attemded. The dealer was supposed to call us at 2:30 to pick the car. They never did and when I called them the dealer was closed. Before that I sent a text to our service person and he never answered me. My car was kept at the dealer for the weekend without any reason because it was ready on Friday. It was a really bad experience !

Buying my BMW at South Motors BMW was a pleasure. My salesman, Christopher Calero, was very knowledgeable and very attuned to my interests. So, it was easy to be fitted with the right car for me. Rafael Lafargue, the genius who taught me the technical aspects of my new car, was excellent. Michael, in Finance, made the financial part very easy to get through.

Terrible experiemce. We had a en issue, on a 2018 230i, issue was diagnosed as battery problem and we had it fixed . Ultimately same issue came back again and after paying 3.000 for first fix incl a regular dervice they now wanted to charge us another 3.000 to sddress the same errors for which we had brought the car in originally. When we gladöy refused they returned a compöetely disassembled car… never again, unworthy of a premium brand.

Chris is terrible. Problems at a dealership are not with the technicians or mechanics the problem start at the top with management. The management sucks so our experience sucked. Be careful or you will be overcharged. Chris hides from every problem so don't count on his help when things go wrong. And they will go wrong.

I went in for a service on my Mini and left with my Mini and a used BMW. Working with Cristian Rojas and the financial team was good. Cristian has a good sense of humor. Overall a good experience and I'm happy with my car.

Went for a recall and received the car crash in the front and nothing done about it, surveillance cameras recoding unfortunately didnt record at the time of me leaving the car and was my word againg them. Then tood the car againg for a second recall; took the car to a specialized bmw shop since they spend only 2hr with my car for a engine job recall and they confirm no recall was done on my car, part was never replace! BMW service by far has been the worst experience I have encountered as owning a BMW that is worth 70k for about a year now. Issue: $10,000 Deposit to hold a car, with a 30-day return window if I decide not to proceed. I am out of state and informed the salesman that I would need to hold the vehicle till I can fly out. He did great offering me pics and documents but when asked about process around holding the car, was first told that it would cost $5000. Then messages me that his manager advised that it will be $10,000. If I don’t proceed, my money would be tied up for 30-days. Standard hold amount $500-1000. This is insane. Just cheap tactics.

I have been to south motors BMW multiple times to service my 750 LI and every time it’s something different, all of a sudden the oils change price went up over $80 dollars insane and no heads up to the customer, I asked for them to check a fuse and they said that’s $199 to check a fuse really. Went to the next BMW dealership and got my oil changed not at that ridiculous $225 dollar price, and they checked and put the fuse at no fee. Customer service goes a long way.

After looking nationally, I leased a 2022 430i Convertable that had recently arrived. Due to the vehicle shortage I knew going in this car would go at a premium. Agreeing to $5k over MSRP is hard to swallow but having a professional experience by both Brian, Client Advisor and Martin, General Sales Manager whom were candid about the price and terms gave me confidence to move forward. We have taken our X6 M for service in and out of warranty. They change prices, switch items, high ball you and you have to constantly call and check and ask questions. For instance, they and item is in, schedule you for service, and then after waiting two hours say they can’t find it and try to sell you something more expensive.

VERY poor and humiliating customer service. I was there for 7 hours to buy a certified preowned SUV that I had negotiated and put a deposit on days prior. The car was dirty when I arrived, they made me walk to a block away to where they were being cleaned in 100% Miami heat for me to test drive it. No offer of something to drink (or eat) in that 7 hours, left me waiting in a cramped waiting room for literally hours. This is one of the worst bmw dealers I have been to. I have a 2008 bmw m6 convertible with 30580 miles in it. My car came in to service because I had 3 failed Vanos Solenoids. I made a appointment to have my A/C and seat warmers checked, selecting to wait for service. After I checked in my car I waited 35 minutes before a service advisor would see me. She requested I leave the car overnight. I did not select this service when I made this appointment, nor was I available to pick up over the next week due to a travel commitment. Horrible service. I have always been a Mercedes guy over the last 35 years, first BMW, and now last. Mercedes dealerships heads above BMW service.

South Motors BMW has a terrible customer service. Every time you go to the dealership they make you feel like if they are doing you a favor. Horrible experience. Car test driven had more features. What seems to have happened is after the deal was agreed a car w less features w no leather seats n no upgraded dash board was given. Financial info was not conveyed correctly. Minimum 3 months time to pay off was given but at the end it came out to be 6 months.

Hyde Cuervas is my service rep at BMW South Motors. These guys talk a big game, but don't deliver. Its been 5 weeks since I traded my car in and was due a refund. still have been getting the run around on the refund check of $13,500 they owe me. Ready to press charges and call the police. They also gave me a new tag on the new car when I didn't need one , telling me they would eat the charges. From start to finish Horacio handled all the details and even had my car waiting so I spent minimal time at the dealership. He updated my computer info without being asked and helped me with a loaner. Overall a stress free experience which is a lot to say at a dealership.

Horacio Mendieta is one in a million. In a world typically characterized by mediocre service, Horacio showed that there are still caring, well intentioned service providers out there. He took the time to hear out my situation, and was very empathetic about the fact that we were talking about my daughter's car. He was responsive, and he delivered on the expectations he set. I asked them to check the cameras because of a damage loaner it was given to me . The service manager completely ignored my request , and denied to look at the cameras . Apperantly they only look at the cameras when is convenient for them. I feel very mistreated, when I mentioned I wasn’t coming back they didn’t seem to care at all. After been a loyal member of BMW in South Motors for 12 years I had to return one of my car because no good deals were given to me, I really felt so disappointed with the salespersons that I went to Dowtown miami and I got the XT4 Cadillac.

Took my 750LI for multiple recalls and it was returned to me with several parts in the interior and exterior that we're broken when they assemble them back. I ended up having to call BMW corporate who email them directly to try and give me some support but after multiple attempts they stated that there was nothing that they could do since this was an independent dealership and that they apologized but they were not getting a response from the general manager as well.

TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP. Several issues. This is no reflection on Marlon my Salesman. The sales tactics used by the finance manager are deceptive and abusive to clients. Took my car for an oil change and when came to pick it up noticed starches on the passenger back door. Immediately brought it to the attendants attention who commented that it was dirt not scratches. To have the car repair it has been a nightmare as there is no communication between the service dept and costumer. Not professional.

I bought my 2016 228i here and since day 1 have been having issues with it. After bringing the car in for service multiple times for a shimmer and shaking the car had while driving. Every single time I was called back and told the car was "fixed" it wasn't. I have been a bmw customer for 7 years! I returned my lease two days early from the day of the lease end and received a pre-inspection sheet, had me sign the paperwork and told me I was all-set. Two Months later, I received a call from BMW Financial that I returned my car late and stated I owed money for returning the 528i 20 days late!! Stated I should have received an odometer sheet.
