I had a great experience with my service manager Marllon. He was attentive and available to answer and questions or concerns I had.
I brought my car in for a problem with the air conditioner. Air conditioner was fixed, but the car did not undergo a multi-point inspection. If it had, then the windshield washer fluid, which was empty, would have been filled. The car was not washed, not even the windows were wiped.

Felt like I was at a Kia dealership from beginning to end. Now, weeks later dealing with fees and things no one can answer directly. No one has answers. Third party rental company charging for things and not returning deposits. I feel like I have a Honda and I'm working with this experience. Which probably would be better given everything that's occurred

'Great experience with Donny at BMW! He was very attentive and efficient, getting the job done quickly. I would just suggest that advisors proactively recommend tire rotations when needed. In my case, the rear tires had more wear than the front ones. Many customers don't know to look out for this, so it shouldn't be left up to them to ask. Aside from that, Donny did a fantastic job!'

Price gouging. Tried to sell me spark plugs and coils for 2100$. Craziest price markup or labor prices ive ever seen. The guy who helped me was great though.
