I had a great experience buying a used 2023 Lexus is350 from BMW of South Miami. Anthony helped me through the process and he was very professional and knowledgeable. And Charlie made me an offer I could not refuse, he was also extremely helpful, he replied to my inquiry in a short time period and helped me to close the deal the very next day. I took my car in because the screen was glitching, the vehicle was returned to me 4 days later saying it was fixed. The following day the screen started glitching again so I took it back. This time they kept the car for 3 weeks and so far it appears to have been fixed

I understand that maintenance services are generally not included in the warranties or service plans we pay for. However, at the very least, when the vehicle is returned to the customer, it should be properly cleaned, washed on the outside, and thoroughly vacuumed on the inside. This is a basic level of customer service that I would expect from a BMW dealership.
The service form every single team member at this dealership was incredible. Very friendly and professional! We actually live 1 hour north of the dealership and we preferred driving down to BMW of South Miami because we got a great deal and a great experience.

Very disappointing to say the least. Both after sales and service! No description was provided after the purchase - infact elements (such as Service Card, Set Up Card) were not provided. I was told I would need service in July - when I show up in August - I am told to come back in November! And, on requesting activation of a card - no help could be provided. Great place, good cars in the selection. I got help from different members and everyone provided very helpful assistance in each of their respective fields (sales man, finance member, insurance assistant, etc.)
The team was easy to deal with and didn’t do the typical bait and switch. They were also very responsive. Only negatives were that they told my son that they’d fix a scratch, but after the sale, they had a dent company try, but the paint was still noticeably off. Overall, I’d still recommend them.
